Dinner 15 - sausages and veg with leftover pasta

Austin decided he wanted to make bikkies at 4.00pm today and I stupidly concurred - I hate to quell his creativity (or his desire to cook!). So I only started on the dinner quite late and it was all a bit uninspired tonight I'm afraid. Everything was quite bland except for the mushrooms. I can't help making them with creamy wine sauce. Must be the French in me!
